ArtPlay 和 505 Games 的遊戲《Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement》官方網站於週三宣布，該遊戲的發售日期已延期至 2027 年。
在一段影片訊息中，ArtPlay 的聯合創始人五十嵐孝司宣布了遊戲的延期，並表示遊戲已進入最後開發階段。
遊戲團隊也公布了遊戲的新截圖：
該遊戲最初宣布將於今年在 PlayStation 5、Xbox Series X|S 以及 PC（透過 Steam 和 Epic Games Store）平台上推出。
ArtPlay 和 505 Games 對該遊戲的描述如下：
《Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night》於 2019 年 6 月在 PlayStation 4、Windows、Nintendo Switch 和 Xbox One 上推出。《Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon》於 2018 年 5 月在 Nintendo 3DS、Nintendo Switch、PS4、PlayStation Vita 和 Windows 上推出，並於 2018 年 6 月在 Xbox One 上推出。《Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2》於 2020 年 7 月在 PS4、Switch、Xbox One 和 PC（透過 Steam）上推出。
ArtPlay 的創意總監 SHUTARO（飯田修太郎），他同時也負責《Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement》的開發，於 2 月 10 日因胰腺癌去世。五十嵐孝司當時表示，他們將努力完成這款遊戲，使其不辜負 SHUTARO 的願景和名聲。
